Ryan how the hell you got the property for the price has shocked us. We wanted to offer € 745,000 on a beautiful villa in Elviria which was on the market for €795,000 and after looking at so many houses with Ryan and coming back down the a 2nd time Ryan suggested we make a low ball offer of €675,000 the offer was refused but they came back at €695,000 which obviously we accepted, Ryan saved us €50,000 and we are very grateful, he also helped me with a builder Brien who made us a new terrace.
